1. System Access and Activation
During the data entry process, there is no need for the operator to approach the computer equipment or monitor the display.
System startup: The "AI Voice" (Voice Control) button located at the bottom of the interface is pressed once.
Initial commands: The voice command "Salam, hazırsan, başlayaq?" (Hello, are you ready, shall we begin?) is issued to the system. The dynamic voice waves indicator on the screen visually confirms that the artificial intelligence module is fully operational and has begun accepting commands.
2. Voice Control and Audit of the List
Following the voice entry of dimensions, the operator does not need to use mechanical control devices (mouse/keyboard) to verify the list. The system supports a two-way, interactive communication mode:
Reading the list: The voice command "Cari siyahını oxu" (Read the current list) or "Siyahını oxu" (Read the list) is given to the program.
Artificial intelligence response: The system vocalizes all entered dimensions and quantity indicators (For example: 1. 600x800 - 5 pieces, 2. 700x800 - 3 pieces, etc.) sequentially and item by item. The operator can listen to the audio report of the entered data without interrupting the production process.
3. Real-Time Voice Processing and Indicators
The system analyzes the operator's speech in real time and projects the processing phase onto the screen via specialized interactive waves. The "Səslə idarəetmə hazırdır" (Voice control is ready) notification appearing on the interface symbolizes that the system is fully prepared to accept the next technical command.
4. Voice Parameterization and Technical Terminology Support
In addition to digital data, the software fully recognizes professional terminology related to the furniture industry. Technical specifications such as grain direction, veneer structure, or edge-banding dimensions (For example: 0.4×22, 1×22) are activated within seconds through specific voice commands and are automatically assigned to the respective parts.
